30-Day Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team with your order number.
- We'll send you a return label and instructions.
- Drop the package at the nearest shipping point.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods such as cakes and fresh flowers cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged.
