Clean & Hygienic: Cushions, bedding, and other baby-contact surfaces should be clean and hygienic.

Decoration Safety: Keep balloons, flowers, ribbons, and small decorative items away from the baby’s reach.

Avoid Sharp Objects: Do not place sharp, pointed, fragile, or potentially hazardous decorations near the baby.

Photography & Videography: During photos or videos, the baby must never be left unattended. Keep cameras, lights, and other equipment at a safe distance.

Stop if Baby Is Uncomfortable: If the baby becomes uncomfortable, distressed, or starts crying excessively, the activity should be stopped immediately.

Parental Consent: Baby Cart Entry will be conducted only with the consent and approval of the parent/guardian.

Venue & Weather Safety: For outdoor events, the activity may be modified or stopped in case of extreme heat, rain, slippery surfaces, or unsafe flooring.

Timely Delivery: The Baby Car will be delivered to the venue before the scheduled entry time.

Safe Transportation: The Baby Car and all decorations will be transported carefully to prevent any damage.

Venue Access: Please ensure a clear and accessible path from the parking/loading area to the setup location.

Setup Area: A clean, flat, and spacious area should be available for safe placement of the Baby Car.

Professional Setup: Our team will assemble, decorate, and position the Baby Car at the designated location.

Safety Check: Wheels, seating, safety features, and decorations will be checked before the baby is placed inside.

Final Positioning: Once the Baby Car is positioned, it should not be moved without approval from the event team.

Venue Coordination: A client or venue representative should be available during delivery and setup.

Outdoor Setup: For outdoor events, a covered and weather-protected area is recommended.

Post-Event Collection: The Baby Car and rental decorations/materials will be collected after the scheduled activity.
